Updated Shipping Time-Frame:
Previous to the current pandemic, in most cases, your order would have shipped the same day. In order to reduce risk of exposure and stay as safe as possible, we are no longer making daily delivery trips to the post office at the end of day. We are currently scheduling package pick-ups and USPS does not give us a confirmed or set schedule. This means your order may go out next day instead of same day depending on the time your order is placed and the time the mail is actually picked up. Please always allow 2-3 business days for process and shipping. We ship via USPS First Class Package (under 13 ounces) and Priority Mail (over 13 ounces). If you need expedited shipping such as Express or Next Day, please call or email us to confirm availability of same day service. Orders received after 2pm PST are not eligible for same day Express shipping.

We are thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting high touch surfaces and workspaces in order to maintain a virus free environment as well as following appropriate handwashing guidelines throughout the day. All orders are packaged and then wiped down with disposable sanitizing wipes before being shipped. Please note we are a family run business and have taken steps to limit our exposure greatly in order to help keep ourselves and our customers safe.
Promo Codes and Discounts:
If you have been provided with a promo code for shopinjoy.com or shopinjoyclothing.com, be sure to read the terms and conditions for that code, including expiration dates, combinability rules, and eligible products.
Your Order Status:
Once you have completed the checkout process you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. You will also receive an email receipt confirming your total payment amount and order information. Once your order has been packaged and shipped, you will receive an email confirming the carrier and online tracking number for your shipment.
Cancelling Your Order:
If you have already completed checkout and your payment has been processed, please send an email to hello@shopinjoy.com with your name and order number. If the order has not yet been processed and shipped we will issue a refund. Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for a refund until the return process has been completed. Please see our Returns page for details. **We offer FREE US SHIPPING on orders over $99. If you cancel or return part of an order that previously qualified for “free shipping” you will be refunded the item amount less $3.95 for shipping.

International Orders:
International customers outside of the US, please email hello@shopinjoy.com for a shipping quote. You may purchase your item(s) online, but please note that if you are not charged a flat rate at checkout you will be charged for International Shipping separately via PayPal. Any items purchased will not be processed and shipped until the postage has been paid for. All items shipped outside of the US are considered FINAL SALE.
