Returns and exchanges on REGULAR PRICED ITEMS will be accepted within 14 days of the day you receive your item.
A refund for the purchase price (not including shipping) will be issued via original payment method within 48 hours.
Return Guidelines:
- Unworn, clean and undamaged merchandise.
- Merchandise has original tags attached.
- All shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged box without any postal labels, stickers or additional markings on the shoe box.
- Special Occasion and Celebration Items are FINAL SALE
Easy Return Process:
- Please include the Packing Slip or Sales Receipt/Invoice with your return package. If you do not have a packing slip/receipt, please send an email to hello@shopinjoy.com and you will be provided with a packing slip via email to print.
- Repackage the item, include the form and send the package back to us using a prepaid postage label.
- We advise using a method with tracking or delivery confirmation for your protection.
